About
Aditi Bhosale Walunj is a Pune-based Entrepreneur who Co-Founded Repos Energy India Pvt. Ltd. at the age of 27 with her husband. Their company is a door-to-door diesel delivery startup based out of Pune and was the first to venture into a unique delivery model for diesel which commenced in 2017.
In India, the consumption of diesel is not only in the transportation sector but in the industrial & the agricultural sectors too. The idea of doorstep diesel delivery came to Aditi on a random day when she received the delivery of a parcel from Amazon.
Reselling diesel bought from a petrol pump to customers was not allowed 2 years ago when they developed the idea but they somehow managed it.
In the initial days, Repos Energy was funded by Mr. Ratan Tata. Their major goal was to receive mentoring from him, but Mr. Tata did more than just do that. On the basis of that, other businesses and financiers were encouraged to invest in their startup as well.
Today, their team of over 150 people are bridging the gap between the demand & supply of diesel using technological advancements in product & software. They are a startup that reached more than 50 cities in India within a quarter.
They have associated with 150 retail outlets across India to provide doorstep diesel delivery solutions. Their clientele includes the likes of Larsen & Toubro, Tata Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Schindler, JW Marriott hotel, Phoenix Mall, The Westin hotel, & General Electrical, to name a few.
Aditi spearheaded the development of the first mobile application that facilitates the industrial analysis & optimization of diesel consumption. Moreover, this mobile application has facilitated the users to order diesel online.

The duo were invited to be members of the task force for the policy formulation of doorstep diesel delivery in India.They claim that more than 300 bulk consumers are using the Repos platform to get home delivery of diesel. Around 2 to 2.5 lakh liters of diesel is sold per month through the Repos platform in Pune alone.
